- Uphold integrity, accountability, and transparency in governance, decision-making, public disclosure, financial and audit processes, and institutional operations.
- Engage in periodic external benchmarking and accreditation to align with national and international higher-education standards, ensuring that LUMS remains competitive globally, responsive to changing needs, and committed to continuous enhancement.
- Promote stakeholder engagement and shared ownership by involving students, faculty, staff, and leadership across the university in the quality assurance process, encouraging feedback, collaboration, and co-creation of quality initiatives.
