Office of Programme Enhancement
Office of Programme Enhancement
The Office of Programme Enhancement (OPE) is an institutional research office with a mission to support quality assurance and to assist the University's senior administration in evaluation and planning efforts. It aims to achieve its mission by supporting internal quality assessment mechanisms that involve periodic reviews of academic programmes as well as the collection, analysis and reporting of institutional data for various stakeholders.
The Survey Unit is responsible for designing and conducting all surveys carried out by OPE, whether for internal research purposes or upon request from client's.
The Data Analytics Unit focuses on analysing institution-wide data and information collected by the Survey Unit to inform policy decisions and strategic planning efforts.
OPE ensures that LUMS maintains the highest standards of compliance by submitting institution-wide data to higher education regulatory bodies for review and rankings.
Our Internal Quality Assurance framework is integral to maintaining and enhancing the standards of excellence across our institution. We continuously monitor and assess our academic programmes, administrative processes, and support services, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
